One private backend. One Control Center. Every business listing managed from one place.
Menu Marketplace needs a private platform backend where Super Admin can control every business listing, template, module, staff role, billing status, customer message, and future feature from one consistent system.
The main site explains the platform. The backend manages the businesses.
The public Menu Marketplace site should help prospects understand the platform, but the real Control Center is private and only visible to Menu Marketplace staff, approved resellers, and merchant owners with permission.
- Public landing page for prospects and business owners
- Business directories and live storefront pages
- One login path for customers, merchants, resellers, and platform admins
- Private backend for managing accounts, templates, modules, billing, and support
Public vs private areas
Menu Marketplace Admin Login comes first.
The platform backend should not feel like a public demo page. It should open with a secure Menu Marketplace login, then show each staff member only the controls their role is allowed to use.
- Super Admin has absolute platform control
- Staff roles can be limited by feature, business, or task
- Resellers can be limited to assigned accounts and reports
- Business owners only see their own merchant tools
Future production: 2FA, staff audit log, device/session review, role-based permissions, and emergency lockout.
Modern Businesses screen for every listing on the platform.
This replaces the old reseller-style account list with cleaner wording, better actions, and a modern Menu Marketplace look.
Business Accounts

Super Admin adds people later without giving away the whole platform.
As features grow, Menu Marketplace can create staff/member roles for setup, support, billing, reseller management, and communications without giving everyone full access.

Super Admin Responsibilities
Menu Marketplace controls the system defaults.
Business owners should control their content, photos, hours, products, specials, and ordering settings. Menu Marketplace controls the template shell, default text/photos/colors, business modules, account status, billing, permissions, and global platform standards.
- Do not copy the old system’s wording or dated interface
- Keep the useful account-management functions, but modernize the experience
- Use one Control Center, not separate dashboards for each vertical
- Give Menu Marketplace full internal control over every listing
The backend becomes the real Menu Marketplace Control Center.
This standalone package is dedicated to Menu Marketplace itself. The current preview still has demo-style text, but each build should replace presentation content with real admin controls: login, businesses, templates, modules, staff roles, messages, billing, and support.
